Whitelisting
We do not whitelist hosts outside our own network, NO exceptions to this will be made and will be a waste of your time asking. If your mailserver or network block has been blacklisted by a DNSBL, refer to the site in the rejection message and follow their delisting procedures. If we reject email, we include details of the reason within the SMTP transaction. If a message is bounced, it will also include full details as to the reason for bouncing.

With regards to greylisting, we will consider adding hosts to our greylisting exception list should content from these hosts be of a time critical nature, for instance online share trading, online bidding, one-time-pin for banking ... etc. Please contact our abuse department with the following information:

  • Company name
  • Contact details
  • Motivation for being added to the exception list including example message
  • Mailserver details: IP/Netblock, Hostname, HELO/EHLO string
